Hi, I'm Pandan.

Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

I build intranets people actually enjoy using.

About

A little about me

I have spent seven years making SharePoint feel less like a filing cabinet and more like somewhere work actually happens. Most of that has been enterprise work — modern site architecture, custom SPFx components in TypeScript, and the governance scaffolding that keeps a large Microsoft 365 estate from drifting.

For the last three years I have paired that with Power Platform: canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows that quietly enforce retention policy, and Power BI dashboards that let compliance teams answer their own questions. I moved from Jakarta to Warsaw in 2021 and have been at Virtusa, on a project for a large banking client, since 2022.

    Deloitte · Jakarta, Indonesia

    • Delivered enterprise SharePoint solutions on 2010, 2013, and 2016, and the administration practices to keep them healthy.
    • Architected microservices and web services for distributed systems, with a unit testing framework that held quality at 100% compliance.
    • Automated weekly and monthly SQL Server reporting that had been done by hand.
    • Mentored new users onto the platform — training, guidance, and the documentation they needed after I left the room.

.NET Software Developer — Cloud Solutions

    NTT Data · Jakarta, Indonesia

    • Built cloud enterprise applications in .NET, Java, and SQL Server against strict governance requirements.

    SharePoint Specialist — M365 Governance & Solutions

Virtusa (project for a large banking client) · Warsaw, Poland

    • Moved a legacy SharePoint 2013 estate to SharePoint Online with zero data loss and no compliance gaps.
    • Designed the Microsoft 365 governance framework — classification, retention, permissions — now running across 50+ business units.
    • Built Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that enforce archiving and retention without anyone having to remember to.
    • Ship through GitHub Actions pipelines I set up, so releases are boring in the best way.
